The predominantly Schleswig-Holstein private investors of technology startups organized in our network unanimously elected the Kiel entrepreneur Norma Jensen as Commercial Officer to the Board of Directors at our Annual General Meeting on April 05, 2023. The graduate industrial engineer, who after a long entrepreneurial career now works as a business coach and mental trainer, among other things, succeeds Dr. Peter Steck, who was not available for re-election due to time constraints.

At the same time, we are extremely pleased to have found a highly qualified successor for Peter in Norma,“ said fellow board members Julian von Hassell and Claas Nieraad on the unanimous election. The BBA-SH supports the campaign Women Angels Mission ’25 of its umbrella organization Business Angels Deutschland e.V. (BAND). The aim of the campaign is to significantly increase the number of female business angels in Germany.

Dadurch hat er Zugang zu erstklassigem internationalen Deal Flow und Investoren. Darüber hinaus hat Claas mehrere Aufsichtsratspositionen inne und ist Live-Musiker mit der „Soul Lounge Connection“.
As a serial entrepreneur, investor and business angel, Julian has been involved in the German start-up and venture capital scene since 2003. He focuses on helping selected early-stage start-ups and their founders to turn their ambitions into reality.
